Walt Rush has
been creating and designing jewelry for
over 30 years. In that time he has used a
lot of techniques to achieve the results
he has been after. Since Walt moved back
to the coast he has been concentrating on
one of a kind jewelry and precious metal
sculptures.
Walt enjoys the outdoors and the beauty of
the ocean·. So he creates his jewelry
with a more fluid and organic look like
the rolling surf, crashing waves,
driftwood and things of nature.
Thirty plus years ago before Walt got into
Jewelry he made metal sculptures out of
steel, brass, and copper. Carrying this a
step farther since he has returned to the
coast Walt has started doing sculptures,
but this time using gold and silver with
precious and semi precious gemstones.
He is also at The Prentice Gallery in Fort
Bragg every Wednesday from 10:00 am to
5:00 pm and at the Dolphin Gallery in
Gualala every Thursday from 10:00 am to
1:30 pm to answer any questions you may
have concerning custom jewelry or repairs.
His web site has a link to a services page
and you can see the broad range of
services and other jewelry he has to
offer.
Over the last 2 years Walt has been doing
art shows on the coast, he also has a link
on his web site to a listing of show
schedules he is doing.
Walt also Shows his Jewelry at The
Prentice Gallery year round located at
17701 North Hwy 1 Fort Bragg Just 1/4 mile
