The work presented here is all
lighted and designed for indoor use. Each piece is
like a small altar or temple, and can be a lighted
feature in your home.
This work reflects my interest
in ceremonial and sacred objects and architecture.
It honors and interprets our connection to nature
and to the other species who share our planet with
us. I often use other materials in conjunction with
the clay, like wood, paper, paint or metal.
Each piece is one of a kind. A
metaphor I like to use when describing my work, is
that the vessel is like the body and the interior
space is like the spirit.
I am a founding member of the
North Coast Artists Gallery, an all media,
cooperative gallery now in its 15th year of
business. You can visit us and see my work, at 362
North Main Street, Fort Bragg, California. We are
open daily from 10-6.
If you have questions about my
work you are welcome to call me.
