For me, the most inspiring facets of jewelry making are the stones I work with. I have always had an inherent love and respect for the minerals and precious stones the earth provides artists like myself.

When designing a piece of jewelry, I first think of the stone, and how I can best frame its beauty.

My primary medias are Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, and the different shades of Gold. I also work in Copper and Brass on occasion.

Lately, I have been drawn to creating Hollow Forms as well as pieces with botanical themes. These are inspired by the multitude of beautiful flowers I see through the seasons here on the Mendocino Coast.
